Pagan Fyre’s Return Policy
Most unopened items sold by Pagan Fyre in new condition and returned within 30 days will receive a refund or exchange. Some items sold by Pagan Fyre have a modified return policy noted below. Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange.
Return Policy Exceptions
Essential Oils- Must be new and seals unbroken
Tarot/Oracle Decks- Cards must be sealed and everything still in original packaging
Herbs- Returnable if there is an issue with them (ie Spoiled ect.)
(Note: our herbs are not rated for internal consumption)
Teas – Returnable if there is an issue with them (ie Spoiled ect.)
Smudge Items- (see Herbs above)
Candles-Â if defective or unused
Incense- unused condition only
Special Order Items not usually sold at the store- not returnable
Masks- not returnable
Hematite Rings- Not returnable if broken
Runes- must be returned in original packaging
Ouija boards and accessories- no returns once paid for
All other items- returnable at the discretion of person in charge
No Receipt- At the discretion of person in charge
